We want you to feel genuinely good about every piece you receive from Chandra’s Earth. If something isn’t aligned, we’re here to help make it right.
Custom & made-to-order pieces
Because custom pieces are created specifically for you, they are not eligible for return or refund. If you have any questions before ordering a custom piece, we’re always happy to guide you so you feel confident in your selection.
Returns for non-custom items
We offer a 30-day return window for non-custom items. This means you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

(You may gently try on your jewelry to ensure fit and feel.)

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without approval cannot be accepted.
Damages or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges
If you’d like a different piece, the quickest option is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order.
Refund processing
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us and we’ll gladly check on it for you.
